Library Cards

Sign up for a library card today! A parent's signature is required for applicants under the age of eighteen. (Cards are available FREE OF CHARGE to East Ridge residents. Non-residents are charged a one-time $35 fee for a lifetime family library membership.) Simply bring a valid driver’s license with your East Ridge zip code of 37412 on it OR a picture I.D. and 2 forms of proof of residence. Acceptable forms are current utility bills, a lease or deed to the property, vehicle registration or bank statement. Children must be at least 5 years of age to receive a library card. You may check out six books per library card, with a limit of two books per subject. The checkout period is for two weeks.
