The Administration Department serves as the central hub for municipal operations and leadership within the City of East Ridge. Located inside City Hall, the department is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of local government and ensuring that all departments work in alignment with the City’s mission, policies, and long-term vision.

Under the direct leadership of the City Manager, Administration provides strategic guidance and administrative support across key areas including Economic Development, Finance, Human Resources, Capital Project Oversight, Community Development, and Official Records. The department plays a vital role in facilitating effective governance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all city services.

The Administration team works collaboratively to support elected officials, implement City Council directives, and respond to the evolving needs of residents, businesses, and community stakeholders. Through thoughtful planning, transparent leadership, and a commitment to service excellence, the Administration Department helps position East Ridge for sustainable growth and long-term success.
